We offer free shipping on all orders containing any boots to all locations in Canada!

We reserve the right to select the carrier, we normally use Purolator Ground, Canada Post Expedited or Xpress, and UPS Ground.

Please note: we can ship to PO Boxes only with Canada Post.

We ship from Toronto & shipping times are not guaranteed. Typically a package will take 2-7 days to arrive. If you need a guaranteed delivery time please contact us and we will try to accommodate where possible, there may be an extra charge for faster shipping.

All shipping is trackable and fully insured against loss or damage.

We Offer Easy Returns!

You can return or exchange your purchase for any reason within 7 days of receipt (as recorded by the tracking system) in case of remorse and within 30 days in case of a defect.

 If the boots are defective we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

If you have simply changed your mind or would like to exchage for another size then the boots have to be in completely unused condition, we will still provide a prepaid return shipping label.

There is no restocking fee.

You can choose between refund or credit (if you wish to exchange for another size or pattern, subject to availability).

If the above conditions are met we will issue refund or credit (your choice) within 7 days of our receipt of the return. Refund is issued to the original payment method and may take a few days to reach your account, depending on the rules of your financial institution. We reserve the right to issue a refund instead of exchange, depending on our inventory levels of the specific model(s) but usually all sizes in all models are in stock.
